If a secondary supervisor is present for the oral exam, he or she should also sign the examination record.     You are not to inform the student(s) about your suspicion that they may have cheated, as Student Affairs and Programmes will take care of that.

    Below you can see what your responsibilities are when you agree to having a video conference exam.
    The examiner’sexaminers responsibility:
    If the examiner wisheswish to have
    Make sure to agree with the student which video conference programme you wish to communicate by (e.g. Skype).
    If technical help is needed from the IT-department, you must inform them in due time before the exam. Send an e-mail to it@itu.dk and write 'Skype Exam' or 'Video Conference Exam' in the subject field. Be aware that the IT-department can only help with technical issues and is not responsible for the exam as such.
